Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us to return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned unused in the original packaging and in the same condition it was received in.

Please note that personalised and custom-made items are excluded from the exchange or refund policy as they are made to order.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you of your return. If the item is returned as per our policy a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to get what you need is to return the item and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase and this will be dispatched within the timeframe.

As the buyer you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return an item. We advise you use a tracked delivery service, please keep hold of the tracking number.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Correct Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

Personalisation

Please ensure you have thoroughly checked your personalisation is correct at the time of ordering as personalised and custom-made items are excluded from the refund and exchange policy.
